Staff Summary

The Staff Summary gives you an overview, and instant report, of the Detail, Payroll, Leave and Productivity of a member of Staff.

Note

User Access needs to be given. Navigate to Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Edit > Settings > Human Resources > Staff Summary - None/User/Supervisor.

  • None - No access to Staff Summary.
  • User - Allows you to view the Staff Summary for logged in User only.
  • Supervisor - Allows you to view all Staff Summaries.

Discover Staff Summary

The Staff Summary side panel consists of five tabs:

  1. Search
  2. Detail
  3. Payroll
  4. Leave
  5. Productivity

Navigation

Main Menu > HR > Staff Summary > View

1. Search

This tab provides a list of all Staff members that were created under Main Menu > Setup > Staff.

2. Detail

  1. Contact Detail - This shows all the Contact Details that have been entered for this member of staff.
  2. Company Detail - This shows the Position, Cost Centre, and Role that the Staff member has within the Company.

3. Payroll

  1. Payroll Detail - This shows the information regarding Payroll for this Staff member.
  2. Note - Any Notes that have been added to the Staff record are shown here.

4. Leave

  1. Available - This shows the Type of Leave by Accrued, Current, and Total.
  2. Current Cycle - This shows the Start and End dates of the Leave Types.
  3. Leave Taken - This shows the Type of Leave taken, From and To dates, and how many Days it totals.

5. Productivity

  1. Data filter - This allows you to select what Date period you wish to filter the records by.
  2. Transactions - This shows a list of the Transactions that are linked to this Staff member by Role, Transaction Type, Count, and Total.
  3. Workflows - This shows the Staff members Workflows by Module and Actions.
  4. Timekeeping - This shows the Staff member's Timekeeping by Transaction Type, Hours, and Cost for that period.
