বাংলা ইশারা ভাষায়, আঙুলের ইশারার মাধ্যমে বাংলা বর্ণমালার সমস্ত অক্ষর প্রকাশ করা যায়। বেশিরভাগ সময়, দুই হাতের বাংলা বর্ণমালা ব্যবহার করা হয় (fsB2)। এক হাতের একটা বর্ণমালাও আছে (fsB1), কিন্তু আমাদের কোনো ইশারাভাষীকে এই বর্ণমালা ব্যবহার করতে দেখি নাই। সার্বিকভাবে, আমরা যা বুঝতে পারছি, বাংলা বর্ণমালার ইশারাগুলো ব্যবহার প্রায় নাই বললেই চলে, কারণ ইশারাভাষীরা অধিকাংশই ইংরেজি বর্ণমালার ইশারা বেশি পছন্দ করেন।

In Bangla SL, Bengali letters can be represented by fingerspelling. Most of the time, the 2-handed alphabet is used (fsB2: fingerspelled Bengali, 2-handed). There is also a 1-handed alphabet for Bengali (fsB1: fingerspelled Bengali, 1-handed), but we have not seen any of our signers use this system. Overall, from what we can tell, the use of the Bengali alphabet is almost nonexistent in fingerspelling, as signers overwhelmingly prefer to fingerspell in the English alphabet.
