Aspects:

  • Anansi

    • The aspect of clever tricks and the quick wit. Anansi is the god of spiders, and is reputed to be the wiliest of the trickster gods. His is the domain of those who are quick witted and silver tongued. Indeed Anansi himself was synonymous with skill and wisdom in speech. Followers of Anansi believe that wit and cleverness always triumph over strength.

  • The Old Man

    • The Teacher and guide. The Old Man is the aspect of Trickster that reminds us that we are mortal and fallible. He is also the side of the trickster that takes pleasure in good natured jokes. Do not mistake this aspect for one that is entirely benevolent, as Old Man Trickster is also the aspect that represents a Trickster’s ability to get their own way. Never make the mistake that the Old Man will let you get away with anything. He will occasionally appear to followers as an elderly figure to test them in word and deed, or to dispense cryptic but worthwhile advice.
