Krynok
Holy Symbols:
Aspects:
- Krynok has no aspects, he is considered to be the oldest of the gods.
Beliefs:
- Little is known of the being called Krynok The Hunter. Set apart from the other Gods and Goddesses, he claims to be the ‘All Father’- the Elder God, father of the younger deities and creator of the World. He claims to have returned to guide his ‘offspring’ through their time of need during the God War. To the people of Urdd, he is seen as being a celestial being, and has been widely worshipped as a God. To the other Gods he has been a source of conflict and resentment. Krynok reappeared in the late part of the 12th century, not long before the God Wars in the Summer of Fire.
- His is the Hunt and those that follow him revere the act of hunting as holy. He is also the god and creator of the Fae. The Fae are his immortal children and he claims to have built the mortal plane for them. There are two tenets that his followers are expected to abide by.
- The Way of the Heart: The All Father sees it as his responsibility to care for all his children both Fae and mortal. His followers should take on this responsibility and treat all they meet as children to be loved and cared for.
- The Way of the Hunt: Krynok the Hunter expects his followers to be the best. He expects them to mark as prey all those who are weak or inferior and to hunt them. Demons and Unliving are considered to be inferior, as are any who do not follow the word of Krynock. They are all viable prey.
Holy Days:
- The Hunt every Full Moon - On each full moon followers of Krynok go on a hunt into the forests around the world. Choosing their prey and hunting it down throughout the night.
