Level 1

Disarm

Caster causes the target to drop whatever they are holding in each hand. The weapons (or whatever else is held) must be allowed to fall to the floor but may then be picked up immediately. Even if the item in hand is strapped to the wrist the item must touch the floor before it can be used again as the magic in this spell forces it to the ground.

Close Wound

Caster can create a small forcefield to hold an already bound wound closed, allowing them to remove a bandage from a location bound by bind wounds without re-opening the wound, this location can them be bound again in the same day.

Revive

Caster can allow a target which has fallen to zero or below on their core to function normally for 1 minute, allowing them access to their spells, skills and natural abilities again. The target is not healed, and limbs which have been severed are still useless.

Reinforce Shield

Caster can allow a shield to resist the first Crush to strike it.

Level 2

Sheen

Caster may give a target an aura of protection that provides 1 point of magical armour per location for 15 minutes/1 Combat or can be used to restore 1 rank to all worn armour on the target.

Cure Poison or Disease

Caster can negate a single poison or non-magical disease of their choice within an individual.

Cease

Caster inflicts a full body paralysis on the target for up to 5 seconds.

Bounce

Caster can allow an individual to ignore the next physical blow to the location on which this spell is cast. The caster must call ‘bounce’ when it has been used.

Level 3

Protection from Creatures

Caster can make an individual immune to the natural of abilities of certain creatures of your choice. This should be included as part of the spell call (i.e. Protection from Fae). The creature types available are as follows; Undead, Demons, Fae, Elementals and Natural.

Equilibrium

The touched individual cannot be unbalanced, and thus is immune to all 'Strikedown' or 'Knockback' calls.

Complete Defense

Caster can produce a shimmering aura that protects the target of this spell from all through damage. Any ‘through’ damage taken in the duration of this spell will be considered ‘normal’

Mantle

Caster may give an individual 2 points of armour per location.

Level 4

Mass Sheen

Caster may give any allies within 10ft of the caster an aura of protection that provides or restores 1 point of armour per location.

Good Fortune

Individual will automatically pass the next save that is called on them, regardless of its source. This spell cannot be used retroactively.

Ultimate Sacrifice

Caster can heal an individual completely, curing all poisons and diseases, magical diseases are unaffected by this. Any damage and ailments cured in this way are then applied to the caster. (Note this is damage not remaining hits, for example if used on someone with 10 maximum hits currently on 3 hits then you will take 7 points of damage, not be lowered to 3 hits)

True Sense

Caster or target becomes ’immune’ to all illusions, and is able to see straight through them. They will also be immune to any effects, either harmful or beneficial, caused by the illusion.

Level 5


Aura of Protection

Caster is able to cover their group with their own personal resistances. When a member of the group is within 10ft of the caster and a save is called against them. If the caster has that save them they may call Passed on behalf of that group member.

Fatal Flaw

Caster can strip all points of armour from a target. The armour can be repaired as normal

Mass Enchant Weapon

Caster enchants every weapon currently wielded by allies within 10ft, allowing them to call Enchanted in addditional to their regular damage call.

Order

Caster can create a 10 feet radius area at their location in which no other magic can be used and no fighting can occur. All spells already active in the area at time of casting remain. People may leave or enter the area at will, but are required to act in a peaceful and orderly manner inside the area (no shouting, arguing, all weapons must be sheathed etc). This spell does not prevent use of racial abilities unless they are used aggressively.

Level 6

Contingency

Caster touches an individual and set a condition that the individual is aware of. Then the next spell cast on that individual within 10 seconds will be absorbed by this spell and will instead be cast when the condition is met. The condition set must be a physical condition contained within the game mechanics, for example, when they next take damage, or when they hit zero, but not when they next say "boom" etc. The spell cast on them must be a valid spell which targets them, it can be a caster only spell if the individual is the one to cast the spell.

Mass Mantle

Caster may give any allies within 10ft of the caster an aura of protection that provides or restores 2 points of armour per location.

Saving Grace

Caster grants the touched individual immunity to normal damage, but strips all other damage immunities from them and prevents them from gaining any for the duration.

Silver Knight

Caster converts the individuals natural endurance ranks into ranks of magical armour instead but the individual losses the ability to run. These ranks of armour cannot be healed by conventional healing spells, instead any spell which would grant you ranks of magical armour heals these ranks of armour equal to the amount they would have gained. The Individual cannot gain any ranks of magical armour, only restore these ranks. This spell drops when the individual enters their Death Count and the ranks of armour revert to Endurance ranks.

Level 7

Guardian

Caster renders a target immune to all damage calls as well as loc zero, fatal and crush's that strike their body. The caster however loses all their immunities, cannot gain any while the spell is actives. cannot go more than 30ft away from the individual and cannot move into another plane, even partially. If the caster drops then this spell will drop. The individual should call No Effect Guardian when struck to signify that they are under this spell.

Protection from Magic

Caster can render an individual immune to a spell list of their choice, allowing them to no effect any spell coming from that lists prefix (By the Elements etc.). The spell list must be chosen during casting and should be part of this spell call (for example, By the Defenses Protection from Evoker)

Resonance

Caster becomes surrounded by a column of rushing air that causes all non-magical weapons to shatter when they touch it. The caster still takes damage from all blows received

Rise from the Ashes

Caster grants a touched individual a Complete Healing which triggers the next time that individual goes 30 seconds into their Death Count.
