Professional Bio

I am a Minneapolis native and first year Data Science Master’s student at the University of Minnesota. I received my Bachelor’s from the University of Notre Dame, where I double majored in Applied and Computational Mathematics and Statistics and Anthropology. I became interested in data science through my first job as a data analyst for an educational non-profit, where I experienced the capacity for data science to make real change in people’s lives. I am thrilled to take part in the DSMMA program during my Master’s, and am looking forward to challenging myself, learning from my colleagues, and jointly exploring my interests in space and data science.

Personal Bio

Outside of school, I love staying active and spending time outdoors. You can usually find me at the climbing gym, walking my dog around the lake, or attending a yoga class. I have a passion for music, and spend much of my free time playing the piano, guitar, and also plan on playing the french horn in the Campus Orchestra. I love traveling, spending time with family and friends, trying new foods, and meeting new people!
