Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna, approximately 100g (Flavour of tuna is your tuna)

  • Two eggs

  • 25g of carrots, ⅓ of carrot

  • 35g of onion

  • Spring onion 15g

  • Three teaspoons of corn

  • 1 spoon of flour

  • Olive oil

  • A pinch of salt, depending on your taste.

  • Sauces (optional)

Equipment

  • One big pan

  • A knife

  • One cutting board

  • One bowl

  • One spoon

  • A spatula

  • A plate

Method

  1. Take the oil out of the tuna using the top lid of the tuna and gently pour the oil until not even a single drop comes out.

  2. Cut the onions, carrots, spring onion into small pieces in top of a cutting board using a knife.

  3. Put the tuna, vegetables into a bowl and add two eggs by cracking it into the bowl, then a spoon of flour and a pinch of salt and stir it slowly with a spoon until you can see that the ingredients are all one mixture.

  4. Heat up the pan and add some olive oil that can cover the whole pan in thin layers.

  5. Then, put the mixture into the heated pan in a small size using a spoon (I recommend a circular shape to eat it easily).

  6. When the bottom part becomes brownish, flip it with your spatula and when it is ready, quickly take it out of the pan and pour it into the plate.

  7. You can add some sauce for your choice and now you can enjoy the delicious tuna vegetable pancake.
