Couscous

Introduction

In covid have you been missing the beach? Have you been missing the warmth? Are you missing falling over and having a chunk of sand fall into you mouth… No, no one is missing that. What if I told you that ? have a recipe that relates to the beach. And no its not chucking a giant ball of sand into your mouth its called couscous its like sand but yummy this how to prepare it.



Ingredients

  • Couscous

  • Seasoning

  • Boiling water

  • Any vegetables and protein of your choice


Equipment

  • A kettle

  • A bowl

  • A fork

Method

  1. First boil the water at 100 degrees your kettle should tell you when the water is 100 degrees.

  2. Get the couscous and put it into a bowl (the couscous will be dry).

  3. Put the boiling water water in the bowl so its just above the couscous (also don't fill the whole bowl with dry couscous because the couscous will expand and become bigger if you did put some of the dry couscous back).

  4. Add a sprinkle of seasoning (the seasoning I recommend is Vegeta Real Gourmet Stock).

  5. Then get the fork and fluff it by lightly mix the couscous.

  6. Then add the vegetables and protein of your choice.

  7. Then serve.
