Bacon and Egg

Today in this text we will be making egg and bacon. The reason why I am making this recipe because I don’t want COVID-19 to ruin our year. So making this recipe will remind you when you go on a holiday and eat Buffet Breakfast because when ever I have buffet breakfast I always stuff my face with food and I think that you do as well.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 strips of Bacon

  • 2 eggs

  • A little bowl of pepper

  • 1 green onion

  • A bottle of Olive Oil

  • Milk 80 ml

  • Sizers

  • Pan

  • Stove/Stove Cooktop

  • Whisk

  • Plate

  • Fork


Method

  1. First thing you want to do is crack your 2 eggs into a big bowl and whisk them with a whisk until it is orange then put a pinch of pepper into the eggs than whisk until the pepper has been mixed then add 80 ml of milk.

  2. Secondly add some olive oil on the pan and add you eggs onto the pan and keep pulling them into the middle and do that for around 25 to 30 seconds then add your scrambled eggs onto the plate.

  3. Next thing you want to do is put you strips of bacon onto the pan and let one side sizzle for 1 minute and when it has been a minute flip it onto the other side meanwhile you can put you bread into the toaster and flip the bacon.

  4. Lastly get your bacon off the pan and get your bread out of the toaster and slide your bacon onto the plate and get your bread and to finish it off cut a bit of green onion on top of the egg.


Tip: I would recommend if you added milk because it will taste like a Pancake.
