An All-Doing Meal

Today I am going to teach you how to make Soup Noodles! I adore this recipe because it can do a little bit of everything from helping you when you’re sick to when you just want a delicious meal. With soup that can reach the core of your heart and noodles that glint in a beautiful sunny day, you will get your new favourite meal.


Ingredients

  • oil

  • mushrooms

  • tomato

  • salt

  • sugar

  • noodles

Equipment

  • pan

  • kettle

  • spatula

  • Plate

  • knife

Method

  1. Collect all of your ingredients then boil 500 grams of water, while doing this, chop 1 tomato into thin slices, chop 3-4 mushrooms into small pieces and chop half a shallot into half-centimetre pieces.

  2. Quickly after, heat up the pan and drop 5 grams of stir-fry oil into the pan.

  3. Then carefully drop your mushrooms, tomatoes and shallots into the pan and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

  4. Pour the 500 grams of boiling water into the pan carefully(not letting it spill).

  5. The place the noodles into the soup and cook it for around 4-5 minutes.

  6. Sprinkle 5 grams of sugar and salt over the noodles.
