SNUES and SWA began the first of the 3-part online exchange programme with a short online language course. The Korean teacher and students taught through interactive dialogue and Padlet. It was followed by a Bahasa Indonesia class a week later wherein students applied their learning through Quizziz and comic strip in Pixton.com.
In the second part of the online exchange, SWA students learned about the 10 symbols of longevity and how traditional bamboo fans are made. SNUES students, on the other hand, discovered the elements of art through drawing and sharing their creations of Barong, the symbol of health and good fortune in Balinese culture.
Mid-October was memorable as SWA conducted a challenging yet fun, virtual robotics workshop for SNUES. Everyone enjoyed their first experience with Online Virtual Robotics Toolkit software and Wonder.me. As students progressed, they got more excited and were able to solve the challenges.
