First grade means making new friends, learning new ideas, reading new books, solving new problems, reaching new goals, making new mistakes, yet having fun all the way through! In their first year of elementary, grade 1 students have grown to be independent learners, excellent communicators, and technology savvy users! They did a great job in understanding their rights and responsibilities as a digital citizen and maximising the benefit of remote/hybrid learning. They embraced differences and managed to show kindness and care to their surroundings despite the limited physical interaction. These tiny yet mighty leaners have set a wonderful example of consistent participation in school events, great teamwork in competitions, and taking pride in a job well done!
