This is the Photo that I chose.

I’m calling this project, Scared Baby Bear because the emotion on the bears face is timid and looking for its mother. The subject is a toy baby bear based off a real cub coming out of its cave. I chose to create this specific work because I wanted the viewer to feel shyness/sacredness from the baby bear, like its looking for its mother. For materials, I used were iPhone, Baby Bear, The rocks that surround the culvert. I used a variety of techniques and methods including Cutting, the warmth of color /coldness, definition. While creating this work, I paid close attention to space by cropping out extra space that I don’t need. I wanted my artwork to look like the baby bear was looking for its mother and I did that by setting the bear in the position that looks like its walking out of his cave (home) and the expression on its face is timid. To add interest to my composition, I used balance by having the bear in the rocks. I like the way the rocks look like a cave and I am proud of the story behind the photo. However, I struggled with getting the images needed. I also struggled with reflecting on my work and writing about it. If I created another work like this I may ask for more help from my teachers. My work shows that I learned that when I have a good idea for a creation I am devoted to seeing myself create that image.
