Artist statement:

For this photo, I wanted to show my current learning environment during this global pandemic. At first, I was just going to include the school laptop, but I realized that a lot of my learning is also done on my personal computer. I do all sorts of learning on it, I learned to program through it, I actually do a bunch of my school on it as well. So I ended up including it in the photo. When I was taking the photo I pretty much just had to find the angle that would allow me to include everything. Once I found the angle I was able to put it into photoshop.

In photoshop the first thing I did was crop it to make it a square, this let the image only contain the important parts. Then I changed the hue and saturation to make it a more warm image. Then I just edited out some parts out of the photo, this was done with the clone stamp tool and the spot healing tool. This just helped the photo be less cluttered. After that, I was done. Overall I like this image, I like how the warm feal came out.
