For this photo, I wanted to do something like the examples that we saw in class. At first, I was thinking of doing something where I moved food around to make a nice scene but I ended up doing something along the lines of the video that we watched. When I was taking the photo there were many bright overhead lights this added a nice reflection on the shot. When I was setting it up I wanted to show the contrast between the green lettuce and the red tomato. I also made sure to take the photo at an angle when I took it. This is one of the things that we learned in the video was to do this. This keeps the image from being too centered and boring. Overall I took the photo and was happy with it so I put it into photoshop for some minor touch-ups. The first thing I did was lower the brightness and increase the contrast. This made sure that the background was not too bright like it was in the raw image. Then I used a little bit of the burn tool to make parts brighter and make them pop. After that, I was done and uploaded it to my website. I like how this photo turned out because of the shiny reelection of the tomato and the green and red contrast in the image.
