Artist Statement:

For this photo, I wanted to use the woods that I have right behind my house. I wanted to do this because I felt that the tree line would make for an interesting background. I then wanted to have a subject in the photo but I did not want to have it stand cout a ton. I wanted the subject be there but not obvious. So I made the subject a little shed that we have on the edge of the woods. This worked well as it sort of blends in with the trees but stands out enough that you see it. After I took the photo, I did a few edits.

When I put it into photoshop I played around with the brightness and exposure, then I was done. I exported it. Overall I like the photo, I like how I got the subject to be there but subtle.
