For this project, we were given the task of created something with duality. Essentially meaning 2 things that are supposed to be opposite. So I chose to do a rainbow and a cloud. At first I was going to add lightning and maybe even rain to the cloud, but I wanted it to be able to stand upright so that wouldn't have worked. I added two layers for each, the layers under are bigger... I did this so that it would pop more -- if that makes sense at all. After it was bisque fired I got glazes that matched the colors of the rainbow and started making the rainbow. For the cloud, I just used white glaze. My technique for this assignment was slabs.
