So, my theme for this overall project is nature & my inquiry question is "how can I use nature to express my own creativity?". For this first SI, I wanted to focus on trees. The photos above are some of the trees I made before my final product. I spent 2 weeks drawing different trees... palm trees, pine trees, etc. with different colors... grayscale, color scheme (blue for above), color with a nature background, etc. I ended up going with colored with a nature background (as you can see below). For every tree I made I used pencil, but on some I also used crayola super tip markers. The papers I used were just from my sketchbook because this SI was made with drawings. I really just made a bunch of different trees & ended up with my final result!
