Sustained Investigation #2

My theme for this project is nature & my inquiry question is "how can I use nature to express my own creativity?". This is now my second SI, this time I wanted to focus on making flowers. The photos above are some different flowers I made before I got to my final piece. I spent about 2 weeks making different flowers... some single flowers, some shaded, some empty, etc. So, I ended up going with a lily & for a color scheme, I chose blue. For every flower I made, I used pencil. On my final one, I also used colored pencils and 2 different blue markers. The papers I used were from my sketchbook again because I chose to draw again for this SI.
