Isaac Hernández is a Mexican ballet dancer. He went to school at The Rock School for Dance Education after being mostly taught by his father since his father worked as a teacher in that school. Before he turned 13, he started to join local ballet competitions. At age 15, he had a herniated vertebral disc, and made a complete recovery. He worked and practiced harder as time went on. In 2015, Isaac Hernández joined the Dutch National Ballet as a Lead Principal. He made an appearance in the company as Prince Siegfried from Swan Lake and other great plays like Eagling’s Nutcracker, Wheeldon’s Cinderella, and many more.
By 2014, he accomplished nearly all the dancing intentions he’d set for himself. Hernández didn’t desire to just sit back and relax with the success he had achieved. He wanted to do the best that he could. After noticing that, he moved to London. He learned to adapt to live in London.
He started right away to work and practice harder while being enclosed in his new home. Every failed movement he made, he would perfect it by doing it over and over again. Isaac Hernández had won an Oscar of Ballet, an international award to win. He was shown in Don Quixote, and was noticed and nominated for the best dancer award. He was also the first Mexican to win the award. He was recognized from his performances which made his reputation grow. He achieved a gold medal from the USA international ballet competition, he was the youngest artist to receive an award from the Mexican president. He was named The best male dancer in 2018. When he went back to Mexico, he was presented with a award from the Former President, Enrique Peña Nieto, presented the Fine Arts Medal to Isaac Hernández, the first Mexican to obtain the “Benois de la Danse” award given by the Moscow International Dance Association to the best dancer in the world. He’s still alive today with his partner Tamara Rojo. Tamara Rojo and Isaac Hernández are still both ballet dancers.
