First of all, the Golden Globe awards are awards from Hollywood to tell the public that so-and-so played this part and did really really well. In a certain way it is that, let’s say I partook in a certain movie and it was spectacular and the movie did pretty well because of it. The next year they might have a chance to partake in the golden globe ceremony. The Golden Globe award is NEVER to be taken lightly for a performer, it is an honor and a privilege to even participate in even a ceremony in person. It’s also an honor to be eligible to get a Golden Globe award.
Second of all, the reason I got my golden globe award was through a TV series called “Mozart in the Jungle”. I played the star conductor Rodrigo in throughout the entire tv show. Something worth mentioning about the TV series Mozart in the Jungle was the fact that I'll miss playing as him for personal reasons along with the fact I came up with my very own catch phrase “play with the blood”. Anyway, that was mostly why I got my golden globe award. And a few other movies.
Thirdly, my reaction however was, surprised, flabbergasted and I was about to start crying from it all, it was just so overwhelming f. Something that reminded me of my first soap opera way back in the 1990’s. The entire golden globe ceremony was both shocking and exciting. While the entire thing was shocking I’m still somewhat sad that I can no longer be part of mozart in the jungle. Due to the fact that it ended.
Taking part in Mozart in the Jungle was a blast to be a part of, the comedy, the action and the romance was just fun to be a part of. Unfortunately the tv series ended on the fourth season. While it did end, the experience still lives on with the actors, performers and everyone was on set. Along with all those who miss it’s goofy reality.
Mozart in the jungle was staged at Venice, New York. Venice was out in the middle of nowhere Another interesting thing that happened with Mozart in the Jungle and me was this conversation I had during the making of the second season with Mcalone, and this is how it went. “McAlone: What aspect of your character was most challenging for you as an actor? Me: Definitely it’s very challenging to stand in front of a group of musicians and play. It’s really daunting. McAlone: Did that get easier ? Me:Yes, easier, but not in the sense that I know how to. Now I have no problem making a fool of myself. I don't care all that much.” That, was the conversation that happened during the creation of Mozart in the Jungle.
In conclusion, both being a part of Mozart in the Jungle and winning the golden globe award was just, just an awesome experience for me and my fans along with everyone who watched the series and enjoyed it’s really goofy and romantic story. While Mozart in the Jungle unfortunately ended on the fourth season, the experience was great. The golden globe was also a huge plus for me. So in the end, this entire situation was a great experience for me and those around me who were working with me and watched it till the very end. And I just can’t explain it’s 4 seasons of it’s goofiness and hilariousness of it all. So in the end thanks for everything that happened with this whole scenario where only some can make this a reality while others dream of this happening to them and possibly their friends or family.
