Dear Families of St. Michael School, 

As we continue to prioritize the safety of all students during arrival and dismissal, I want to remind everyone of an important safety rule in our drop-off circle:  Please do not pass other vehicles on the left side in the drop-off circle unless specifically directed by school staff.  While most students exit from the right side of the vehicle, some children exit from the left due to car seat placement or other needs. When cars move around others on the left, especially at higher speeds, it creates a serious safety risk.

Let's celebrate the incredible effort our students put into their MAP testing this week!  We saw focus, perseverance, and pride as they tackled each assessment, and we couldn’t be prouder of their hard work!  We look forward to sharing and discussing these results with you at conferences on October 8. I also want to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our wonderful parents. Your encouragement, routines, and support make a tremendous difference in how students show up each day, both academically and emotionally prepared. Whether it's ensuring a good night’s sleep, a healthy breakfast, or words of encouragement, your partnership is deeply appreciated.  We’re proud of our students and grateful for our families. Thank you for being such an important part of their success!
