Dear Families of St. Michael School,

Congratulations to our second graders who received their First Holy Communion last Sunday. Seeing our students receive this beautiful sacrament for the first time was a powerful reminder of the faith that unites our community. We are so proud of them and pray that this special moment continues to guide them as they grow closer to God in the years ahead.

As we look ahead, please remember that there will be no school on Friday, May 1, in observance of Oaks Day. This time of year brings a special energy to our community, and there is something truly sweet about enjoying the traditions and celebrations of Derby season with family and friends. FACTS will begin using Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to strengthen security for all families and staff.

MFA adds an extra layer of protection to keep your information safe.

Parents and staff will now create and manage their own usernames and passwords.

✔ One Unique Username
Each user (students, staff, and parents) will have a unique username across the entire FACTS platform.

✔ Stronger Password Requirements
Updated security standards will help ensure all accounts are better protected.

2026/2027 Tuition Assistance

The tuition assistance application for the 2026–2027 school year is now open www.ceflou.org.

All adults planning to volunteer at school or chaperone field trips need to have their Safe Environment training complete along with a background check on file with the Parish Office (contact kking@stmichaellouisville.org to initiate). Safe Environment training must be renewed every five years. There is an online renewal option for those that have previous Safe Environment training on file.
