Dear Families of St. Michael School,
What a beautiful week it has been at St. Michael! I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all of the wonderful grandparents who made time to join us for our Grandparents Masses on Wednesday and Thursday. We were especially touched by the many grandparents who traveled from out of town to be with us. Your presence was a true gift to our students, and we are so grateful that you chose to share this special time with our school family.
We cherish our grandparents. They are treasures to their families and to our St. Michael community. As Father Peter shared in his homily, grandparents are pillars of wisdom, patience, and faith. They carry with them the stories and traditions of their families, while also helping to pass on the Catholic faith from one generation to the next. Through their prayers, example, and love, grandparents remind our children that faith is something we receive as a gift and lovingly share with those who come after us.
A special thank you to Mrs. Terri Johnson, Mrs. Autumn Shutt, and to our PTO for their many months of thoughtful and detailed planning for our Grandparents Masses. We deeply appreciate their commitment to creating meaningful experiences for our students and families, experiences that reflect and support the mission of St. Michael Catholic School. To all of our grandparents, thank you for being such an important part of our children's lives and for blessing our school with your presence. We are grateful for the love, wisdom, faith, and joy you bring to our community. May God bless you and your families abundantly!
Very Respectfully,
Mrs. Conliffe
