I’m in Year 9 and I am going through some difficulties this year. I have an issue with organisation, because I am receiving so much homeworks and so many exams.
This year I’m under so much school pressure, I can’t do anything. I have been so sad, because in the beginning of the year until now, I didn’t do anything good for my well being. Even more so that now is the week of the test, that is, there is really nothing to do. And if my grades in this trimester are not good I will be grounded.
I would appreciate any help from you!
Dear Y9 student,
When I read your question, the main issue was your organisation. I can see this is bad for your routine, so I suggest for you to do a calendar with your routine and programs written in it. I think that you can see help with another idea that you can test, you could use for another suggestion. In that case , my general advice for you, you could do as TeensHealth suggests: “Start by creating a daily or weekly schedule to manage your time effectively. Prioritize your tasks, allocate time for homework, study, and relaxation. Stick to your schedule as best as you can to avoid last-minute cramming”.
If that happened to me I will search for help, if you are not focused on your organization and if you don't want to focus and organize your things this will not change. Your problem is that you are not getting organised and this is harming you. One suggestion is for you to change for your problem, don't harm you more than are. My advice for you is very specific, but I have a suggestion for you: If I had that problem, I would suggest this for you. Consider using a planner or digital tools to keep track of assignments, exams, and deadlines. Breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps can make them feel less overwhelming. And this is true because there are a lot of people that start organising the routine and they change and being organised will help with your problem that is the organization on the school, and there are sites that support this, like TeensHealth In my opinion, doing a routine to be organised can help you in life. And if you decide to not follow the ideas or do the same that you are doing will be getting worse and your grades will not be good.
Another thing is that your problem is organization and if you don't seek help your problem will grow. What do you say in the text I can analyse that has another problem, is that you are being sad with yourself and this is harming you in school and this can harm your grades and you will be sad. And if you don't change now in the future, your grades in school will not be so good. Another suggestion for advice for you is to ask for help. If that happens to me I will do this, the site that I found the information about was TeensHealth. If you're struggling with a particular subject or topic, don't hesitate to ask your teachers, classmates, or parents for help. It's okay to seek assistance when you're feeling overwhelmed. And this advice is very good in my opinion because I have a lot of people that ask for help and it worked. If you don't start doing the advice or not being organized in the school your grades will low and you will be sad with this.
Don't forget to follow the advice that I put on the text. And my general advice for you: This information is on the site TeensHealth. consider using a planner or digital tools to keep track of assignments, exams, and deadlines. Breaking tasks into smaller, manageable steps can make them feel less overwhelming. If that happened to me I will try the advice because this can help your organization in the school, try this advice to see if it works.I really hope that this advice can help you and twist for that your problem on the school don't happen any more.
Sincerely,
