Dear 7 year student,
I’m experiencing a problem regarding the tests and my sleeping schedule. However, I would like to solicit for help. I come home really late and I don’t have time to study. I’m having a big problem with the tests, since I need to study a lot and still sleep.
I’m very busy after school, because I really like practicing sports, such as volleyball and dance and I don’t want to stop practicing. This problem is also affecting my family, because I don’t have time to spend with them.
I have already tried to organize myself, but it's really hard for me to remember what I had planned. As a result of that, I get lost and end up studying less than what I had planned. I really don’t know what to do, please help me, for the reason that I am very confused.
Best Regards,

Dear Y9 student,
your main problem is to organise yourself, have you thought of writing a schedule somewhere? Because if you write somewhere your schedule, when you forget what you needed to do you can consult the schedule
My suggestion to your problem with volleyball and dance is to try to do some of these activities on the weekend or maybe when it's friday you can be up later, and the consequences are that you are awake and when you wake up you're still tired. How about on Fridays when you can probably be awake for longer you could practise volleyball or dance, and on Saturdays or Sundays maybe you could practise some of them. If you follow this advice you will have more time to do anything you want .
Another problem of yours is that due to very short time to do what you need you can’t spend too much time with your family, so, you normally don’t have time to spend with them. My suggestion is that whenever you can talk to them, like at dinner or in the car, speak to them because then you will have a conversation with them and you are spending some time with them. If you follow this advice you most probably will have more time with them and a better relationship.
Don’t forget that if you can manage your time you can do volleyball, dance and spend time with your family. Make sure you don’t forget that if you can manage your schedule you can do whatever you want because there will be time left to do what you want. And I hope that I have helped you with my advice and that it will help you to have more time with your family and better grades.
