Dear Y9 student,
I understand that you are having problems with your organization and this is causing you to not spend time with your family, you have bad grades at school and you don’t sleep a lot. So I really think that you could improve your organization in your daily routine.
I think that you not staying with your family is a consequence of your other problems. You try to do lots of things in a day, so your schedule is full and you don’t stay with your family. If you start using study methods, you will spend less time studying. For example you could use the Pomodoro Method, in this method you study 25 minutes and stop for 5 minutes which makes you be more focused on studies. According to Training Magazine, being more focused makes you do things faster and with fewer mistakes. This is what you need. After using this method, you will have time left. If you have more time, you could use it to stay with your family. Another suggestion is that you can ask your parents to take you to your activities and to school so that in the car you can talk to them. I do this with my parents and I can talk to them a lot.
Regarding not sleeping a lot, it can be because your schedule is very full, and you are not so organized, so you don’t sleep. If you organize your schedule, you will sleep more.
To organize better your daily schedule and routine. To have them more organized, you could use the site Asana. It will give you an overview about what is an organized schedule plus it gives you tips on how to have a more organized life. If I were you, I would follow the tips of the site above to have a better life with more quality.
Don’t forget that in order to have a better schedule, you need to sleep well. So my last advice to you is that you go to sleep as early as you can every day, so that your performance is better. I know that organizing your life is difficult, mainly if you have lots of activities, I hope you feel better.
Sincerely,
