Dear Year 7 Student,
I’m in Year 9 and I am going through some difficulties this year. I’m having problems with all the homework.
This semester the teacher gave us a lot of homework, and to be sincere they were easy, but there was so much that it just turned into a nightmare. I am going to sleep every day more and more tired. I've talked to the teachers but they can’t extend the due dates. I'm going crazy with all this homework. I can’t rest until all the homework is done and that usually goes up to 1 am leaving me 5 hours of sleep.
I can’t live like this anymore, it's just getting worse, and I don’t think it's going to get better any time soon.

I’ve read your letter and I am willing to help you. You are having trouble because there is so much homework. You can’t sleep enough and your mental health is in its worst state. Try meditating. Have you thought about organising your routine? Or even looking for therapy?
Your teacher is giving you too much homework and can’t extend the due dates, right? If I were you, I would talk to the teacher and try to convince them. Use this site for useful tips: PLATO. If that does not work, talk to the coordination. Gather some friends that are suffering from something similar and go talk to them. If there are more people suffering from the same thing, the school will try harder to solve it.
You are going crazy. It sounds absurd, but according to you, it is true. If you meditate, you will feel calmer, and maybe it solves the problem. There are many reasons why you should meditate. You can find some of them at UC DAVIS HEALTH. You could also try looking for professional help. A therapist could solve your problem. They can even solve other more personal problems.
This also led to you having little time to sleep. Like you said, it is only 5 hours. It is usually a good idea to organise your day. When you organise your day, you have time to do everything. You will have at least 8 hours of sleep, you will have time to meditate, and even have time to do what you want. But to organise a routine can be hard, so I found a site to help you with it: INDEED.
If you forget everything I said, at the very least remember to organise your routine, because, when you manage your routine, you have a time for when to do everything, including to sleep and meditate. If none of that works, you should do your homework at school. It isn’t the best thing to lose your playtime to do homework, but this could be your only option, because if you do that, you will be able to sleep earlier. I hope that I helped you and that your problem was solved. Hopefully your friends had the same luck.
