The affordances of SLS, Google Slides and Augmented Reality (AR) are harnessed to infuse the joy of learning in a 5E inquiry-based Science lesson. Using AR, students embarked on a virtual learning journey to explore animal diversity. Thereafter, students use Google Slides to collaborate in applying their observation and comparison skills to deduce the characteristics of animal groups. AR is also used to empower groups in assuming ownership of their own learning.
