'You' and the outer is a singular process

You can not observe mind as an object. ‘You’ and ‘what you observe’ is one as mind. It surmises that ‘you’ and the outer is a singular process and not that outer exists independent of ‘you’. It is dependent arising. Mind comes under the illusion as if outer will take ‘you’ at a stable, satisfactory point. ‘You’ and the outer is stable, satisfactory from moment to moment. Mind is enamoured as if some moments are unstable, unsatisfactory, hence keeps on seeking.

Seeing the dependent arising, seeing the oneness transforms the whole view. One is supremely relaxed.

When it is all oneness how one is affected by pain and upsetting due to any situation?

Oneness means-now pain is the actuality, upsetting is the actuality. There is no separateness to reject it, to label it. Every experiencing is complete in itself. There is no thought to escape the uneasiness of the moment.
