One is waylaid as if some one else has comfortably solved the enigma of Life. Unless one sees the futility of this dependence, futility of this attraction-one will be carried away by what some guru or like is promising.

Can you see the format of Life?

Senses see, touch, listen and so on, breathing in and out is going on, there is memory and imagination and thoughts arising in the mind. Anger, fear, anxiety, happiness are the expressions of Life to keep the mind alive. This is the format of Life. Can one see that there is nothing beyond this?

What about God? How Existence originated?

This is a ‘thought’ about Existence. Existence is Original. We are conscious and seeing, touching the material-is the Original. Experiencing is the Original. You can not go beyond experiencing. The world is dependent upon your being conscious of it. ‘You’ is bound to the world is the Original.

Continuous unpredictable change is the Truth. What causes the change? It is again a thought ‘about’ change. The inevitability of change silences the brain.

You and the world is bound as a singular process, enclosed process, the complete, self-sustained process-including what you dislike and like, fear and cherish.

The fundamental issue before man is-how to deal with, when he faces something which he does not like, finds irritating or when he is face to face with uncertainty, which he is unable to cover up.

Unless one faces this predicament, he can not find ‘what is True’. He goes on adjusting himself with ideas, explanations (including about God and so on). Can one see that all disliking, irritation, uncertainty is psychological discomfort, if it is not immediate physical danger? One takes as if this discomfort is thrown away from the mind by comforting ideas or comforting activities. Can one close this escape route? Can one see that there is no place to throw the discomfort out of your mind? Instantly, you find the resting point within. Connection to the Original has happened. ‘What is True’ is revealed.
