More Estate Homes
Some of the only property left in Florida is farm land. Farmers have surrendered to the pressures of land developers to sell, reaping more money than they could ever make in a lifetime. Some of these farms are being sub-divided into one acre or more lots for large estates. A one acre site can seem quite huge for a Floridian, where most houses are built on one quarter acre or less. I find places like Ohio and North Carolina to be less dense because of more open space available.
