Clubhouses

Remember the clubhouse you and your friends used to build out of scraps and hold secret meetings in? Well, grown-ups still have the need for clubhouses for their hobbies and special interests. The secret meetings have given way to home owner's association meetings.

The most common clubhouses are found at golf and tennis clubs. They tend be large enough to house restaurants with dining rooms, meeting rooms, sport pro shops, locker rooms and lounges. Housing developments usually include clubhouses for their pool and recreation areas. Amenities might include kitchens, one large multi-purpose room, storage and rest rooms.
