These are commercial shopping centers either proposed or built in Florida, the Caribbean and North Carolina--and drawn by me, Jim Stilwell. Some of these projects are a mix of retail and residential, a trend that has increased in popularity over the years. The first project shown is in my hometown of Boca Raton, Florida and includes an outdoor performing arts theatre that has headlined many famous bands. One of my favorites was the rock group Kansas (that dates me).
