Label the front of your paper "Lyme Disease Risks" and the back "Risks of Mold."
For the Lyme section of the assignment:
Go to page 530 in the online text (scroll toward the end of the 20.2 PDF) and complete the Map Skills activity. Answer all 5 questions.
Then using the internet, research and answer the following questions:

2. What causes Lyme disease?
3. How is Lyme disease spread?
4. What are signs and symptoms of the disease?
5. How is the disease diagnosed?
6. How is the disease treated?
7. If you get Lyme disease, what is the long-term outlook for you?
8. Why are we so high-risk around here?
9. Why should you care about the risk of Lyme disease?
10. What can you do to prevent getting it?
11. What should you do if you find a tick?

For the Mold section of the assignment:
Go to page 531 of the online text and read the toxic mold article.
Answer the "What do you think?" question.
Whether mold is toxic or not, it is still a common allergen. Exposure to mold can lead to asthma attacks and respiratory distress in some people. Use the internet to make a list of ways you can reduce the risk in your home of being exposed to mold.
