The General electric SLJ21 Synch Check Relay is used to sense the synchronization between two buses that could potentially be out of phase due to independant generation sources or two separate power supplys.
Using the Kiemle-Hankins Test Report
Use A Phase for Line Side Undervoltage
The Tap cannot be identified as it is set using a potentiometer. The Range of the potentiometer should be identified here.
There is no Time Dial Setting so this does not apply
There is no Instant Element so this does not apply
There is no zero Adjustment so this does not apply
Pickup should be the undervoltage range again. We are looking for a test value between these two points which when tested shoudl be listed below as pickup
Use B Phase for Bus Side Undervoltage
Use C for Control Power Pickup and Drop out
Use N for Phase Angle between Line and Bus
