Circuit Breaker Rejected. Left Pole did not operate under test. Replaced circuit breaker.

Circuit Breaker Rejected. Center Pole did not operate under test. Replaced circuit breaker.

Primary conductors from the bus fingers on the back of the basket were rejected due to excessive cracking. New cables were installed.

Circuit Breaker is missing through door operator.

Left and Center Pole Primary Wires were broken off of the bus connectors and the circuit breaker. Installed new wiring.

Circuit Breaker Rejected. Left pole failed to operate within a reasonable range. Replaced Circuit breaker.

Circuit Breaker contact resistance was found out of tolerance, however acceptable considering the load that it serves.
