What is required to maintain or repair the equipment?
How is the device connected to the system that it is part of?
Many times a maintenance proposal will include multiple pieces of equipment that requires a short duration of services. For tracking these devices from sales through maintenance these items are placed in an equipment list that includes:

D. Serial Number
E. KH Specified Scope of work Reference
F. Condition found and Left
G. Last and next maintenance cycle dates
