SIR TIMOTHY HAROLD FELIX CASSEL 4TH BT. was born on the 30 April 1942. He was educated at Eton College, Eton, Berkshire, England. Sir Timothy was admitted to Lincoln's Inn in 1965 entitled to practice as a barrister.

1 He was Junior Prosecuting Counsel of the Central Criminal Court in 1978.

2 He was Assistant Boundaries Commissioner between 1979 and 1985.

3 He was Senior Prosecuting Counsel between 1986 and 1988.

4 He was invested as a Queen's Counsel (Q.C.) in 1988.

5 He was admitted to Bencher of Lincoln's Inn in 1994. He succeeded to the title of 4th Baronet Cassel [U.K., 1920] on 17 September 2001.1 He lived in 2003 Studdridge Farm, Stokenchurch, Buckinghamshire, England.

2/ Ann Mallalieu, Baroness Mallalieu QC born 27 November 1945, daughter of Sir Joseph Percival William Mallalieu and Harriet Rita Riddle Tinn. She is a British lawyer, Labour Party politician and president of the Countryside Alliance.

Lady Mallalieu comes from a distinguished political family. Her grandfather had been Liberal Member of Parliament for Colne Valley He was succeeded in that seat by her uncle, Lance Mallalieu, later Labour MP for Brigg. Her father, Joseph Mallalieu, was Labour MP for Huddersfield East. She was educated at Newham College, Cambridge, where she was the first woman president of the Cambridge Union Society.

In 1991, Mallalieu was made a life peer as Baroness Mallalieu, of Studdridge in the County of Buckinghamshire In 2004, she led the House of Lords opposition to the House of Commons' proposal to ban hunting with hounds.

Timothy and Ann were divorced in 1996.
