JAMES ANGUS BALFOUR was born circa 1886 and died at Benalla in November 1970 (27700), aged 84.
He was cremated at the Necropolis Springvale on the 11 November 1970 and the ashes moved to the Benalla cemetery- Columbarium Section Ground Plot 1
