I'm Vilma Najera Caramat-Gagni, born in Lingayen, Pangasinan but presently residing in Baroro, Bacnotan, La Union. I graduated Bachelor of Science in Agriculture major in Animal Science last April 1, 1993 at Don Mariano Marcos Memorial State University, Bacnotan, La Union and Masters in Development Management major in Public Mgt. last March, 2005 in Pangasinan State University, Lingayen, Pangasinan
I'm holding a position of Science Research Specialist II but I'm designated as CBED Coordinator, Special Collecting and Disbursing Officer and HR of our Center.
My technical skills are:
pregnancy diagnosis, estrus synchronization and artificial insemination
deworming, vaccination, etc.
I'm knowledgeable in MS Word and Excel but zero in Website development or other applications. But I'm ready and willing to learn and I hope that i can coup up. . .
