I have seen the beginnings and the struggles of PCC when it set forth its long journey up to this point. I tasted how it was when we were at the receiving end of the plans and aspirations of the forerunners of this institution. Back then the resolve of each and everyone was already evident notwithstanding the challenge of where all these things would really take us eventually.

Back in 1993, the task seemed so simple - produce more high-genetics carabaos, and let the program run as is should. How wrong we were then...
