Via Maharlika Hi-Way from Municipal Hall of Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, travel towards north (road going to Isabela/Tuguegarao). After 2-5 minutes, you'll notice the main gate of Central Luzon State University on your left side. Continue driving for another 1-2 minutes and you'll notice on your left side PhilMech and then the Milka Krem. After Milk Krem is the PCC National Headquarters and Gene Pool. BDCU is at the 2nd floor of the Main Building.
