Job Description:
TECHNICAL SKILL
Overall management and supervision of PCC-VSU's Institutional Herd
Supervise and assure efficiency of the staff of institutional farm
Spearhead the performance data gathering, recording and reporting for the animals in the institutional herd, assuring data integrity and conformance to the Genetic Improvement (GIP) guidelines set by the PCC-National Headquarters
Evaluate and implement measures to assure technical and economic efficiency of the farm
Provides technical assistance of PCC-VSU's clients in terms of dairy carabao production and management
Assist in the conduct of trainings and orientation of farmers, visitors and clients
Prepares the annual plan, budget as well as accomplishment reports of the institutional farm
Recording and encoding of institutional data for GIP and monthly report databases
Implement herd health activities
PCC regional correspondent
NON-TECHNICAL SKILL
Cooking, Baking and dairy product processing
