Hi!
I'm Laarni M. Parungao, Science Research Specialist II under the Research Division of PCC at UPLB.
I am a researcher focusing on product development for milk and meat products, food hygiene and safety and food processing. Moreover, I am assigned to do quality control for milk and milk products including the physico-chemical and sensory testing and sampling for microbiological analyses. I also serve as trainer for topics concerning Food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices, Milk handling, and Quality Control Procedures for Milk Processing.
I can use MS Excel, Word, etc but not as "tech-y" as young generations do. Looking forward to learn more with the mentors and other PCC colleagues. Let us continue to share knowledge and expertise here and share it further to our clients, farmers and farming communities, partners and stakeholders.
