Hi.. I am Frank, I am 58 years old nearing double citizen status. We have two Offices at PCC at CSU, one at PCC Piat, Cagayan where we have the native carabao genepool and dairy farm. It is here we conduct research on various dicipline like in breeding, health, forage and pasture and nutrition. Our second Office is at PCC, Namabbalan Norte, Tuguegarao City where the administrative unit is located. Here we have the human resource department, supply and procurement section, accounting, Bull Loan and A.I. section, general services, carabao based enterprise unit.
