INSTRUCTION:Given the learning objectives and expected output to manage, list down deficiencies and uncertainties in competences as learning issues and decide on a specific learning plan.

GENERAL OBJECTIVES
The general objectives of this learning unit are:
1. To get you oriented and motivated to become what you want to be, a physician, and more so, a physician who can solve the health problems of the Region.
2. To teach you how to do a personal plan.
SPECIFIC LEARNING OBJECTIVE:
After having read/heard/studied at least the following:
1. Manuscripts/lecturettes on
1.1 Medical profession
1.2 Purpose of training to be a physician
1.3 What is a physician?
1.4 Subjects included in the Philippine Board of Medicine examination
1.5 How to make a personal plan
2. Inspirational talks by practicing physicians in the community
And after having an orientation and introduction to the medical school,
the student must be
- oriented to the medical profession
- able to write a personal plan on how to become a physician in the
Philippines from the time he/she is accepted to a medical school up to licensure, demonstrating skill in the planning process.
