PROBLEM:
Responsibility: Managing a Patient with a Health Problem
Scenario:
You are the physician assigned to man a medical clinic. One day, a 10-year-old boy is brought to the clinic by his mother. The mother tells you her child just has a bad fall while biking. You see the boy crying in pain with a swollen deformed right forearm.
Given a responsibility of a physician.which is to manage a patient with a health problem, and given a particular scenario, make a management plan.
