Icon:Joseph Nicéphore Niépce

He was the man who took the first permanent photograph. In 1826, he took an optical photo of the view from his room window, without the image slowly dissolving and fading. His technique formed the basis for the development of contemporary photography. Taking the photo required patience, because to capture it he needed eight hours of exposure time.

In this time we can't even imagine how it would be if we are not able to make and see photographs. A lot of business processes uses cameras and photographs and can not function without. Photographs have also a big influence on our social life. Think about a world where you can't take pictures to share on your social media... For a lot of people this would be a worse case scenario ;)

But more seriously, I think a lot of people are not aware of the big influence of the invention of photography.

We take more photographs than we think, and they play an important part of our life. As well as in our business life as in our social life. It gives us the possibility to save visual memories and data in a photograph instead of our brain.
