Embroidery 1-With contrast thread and blunt needle, backstitch bottom of each leg between rows 1 and 2, and up every sc row on either side of center sc. This must be done before sewing the jeans together. Weave in all ends.
Assembly/Embroidery 2-Matching rows, pin each leg from bottom up to crotch with RS facing., use starting tails and sharp needle and ladder stitch up inside leg seam. Secure at crotch but do not end off. Turn legs right side out. Now center seams together with RS facing and continue to sew up with ladder st, beginning each side with securing crotch point. End off and weave in ends. Try jeans on doll; waist will be loose. If one center seam is better, make that the front seam. Continue embroidery for zipper and front pockets. Weave in ends.
